The NakedWatch™ Company will gladly accept the return of undamaged merchandise that has not been worn, used or sized subject to the following limitations:

Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. The merchandise must be in original condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. Refunds will be in the original form of payment, less charges for shipping and handling. Watches that do not meet the above requirements will be returned to the customer.

NakedWatch™ products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. We will gladly repair any watches bought from the E-store, which break or fail to operate due to manufacturer defect.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name and IP address, but not the e-mail address (where possible). We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations and Information needed to complete sales transactions.

The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our Web site, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes, and to complete the customer sales submitted.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us regarding orders they have placed on-line.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our Web site periodically. Upon request and verification, we provide site visitors with access to transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases) that we maintain about their purchases.

With respect to security: We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
